DWSD vs. the UN

According to several news sources, the City of Detroit/Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) is committing human rights violations. Apparently, access to clean water is a human right, but getting it for free is not. Meanwhile, back at 519 Harmon Street, I need complete water hook up, meter, new pipes, a toilet, a sink, and a tub. Whattayagonna do for me? The Seminarian (candidate to be ordained a priest) Dave, at the Cathedral said in the parish paper that he was formerly a plumber before he entered the vocation. . . . hmmmm. . . so many bad puns occur to me, having to do with priests, plumbing, and water. Stacy, my neighbor to the east on Harmon, said she would donate to me her old fixtures: in pink ceramic, a complete bathroom set!
